We ship all orders within 2–3 business days from our studio. Every piece is carefully packed to arrive in pristine condition, ready to wear.
Free shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $12.
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can monitor its journey.
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and select European destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days, though customs clearance may add additional time depending on your location.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. We recommend keeping this for your records. If you don't receive a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please reach out to hello@vellum.com.
Each order arrives in recyclable kraft packaging designed to protect your pieces without excess waste. Garments are folded with care and tissue-wrapped to preserve finish and prevent wrinkles during transit. We include a care card for each item detailing fabric composition and maintenance instructions.
Occasionally, packages experience delays due to carrier circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, we're here to help. Contact us at hello@vellum.com with your order number and tracking information, and we'll investigate immediately.
We stand behind every piece we make. If a garment doesn't fit as expected or doesn't meet your standards, we'll make it right.
All items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Garments should be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We'll cover return shipping on all US orders; simply email us for a prepaid return label.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Reply to your shipping confirmation email or contact hello@vellum.com within 30 days of delivery with your request. We'll send the replacement immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the original item.
Vellum pieces are designed with precision tailoring for a refined fit through the shoulders, waist, and hips. If a garment doesn't fit as described on our size chart, we'll exchange it at no cost—or issue a full refund. Our goal is for you to feel confident in every piece you wear.
We process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days as standard. We're currently unable to offer overnight or express options, but our standard timeline gets most US orders to you within a week.

Please document any damage with photos and contact us right away at hello@vellum.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund—we'll handle the carrier claim on our end.
We ship via standard carriers that require a physical street address. If you'd like to arrange an alternative, please reach out to us directly.
All pieces shown on our site are in stock and ready to ship. If an item sells out, we'll update the product page immediately. Seasonal collections are produced in limited quantities, so we recommend ordering when you find something you love.
